James A. McGeorge Chairman
Jim founded Ameridial in 1987 as the outbound call center for several non-profit organizations for their door-to-door
campaigns. Ameridial started with seven employees and has since grown in excess of 600 stations and 5 call centers.
With more than 35 years experience in Direct Marketing, Jim is known for his exemplary team building and his flexibility,
which has provided him the ability to provide options for customers other vendors may not.
As Chairman, Jim’s primary responsibilities are to plan for strategic growth and to lead a team of professionals who can
deliver results for our customers.
Jim graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1983 with a Bachelor of Associates degree in Business Administration from Walsh
College.
Jim has been extensively involved with youth sports by coaching baseball, football and wrestling. In his free time Jim
enjoys spending time on his boat and developing his real estate investing hobby.
Patricia Zachman Executive Vice President
Patty has been a part of the Ameridial family since its inception in 1987 in many different capacities. In 1998 she became
the Executive Vice President. Patty came to Ameridial with a wealth of knowledge in data entry, research, and customer
service. Patty is most knowledgeable and proficient at call center metrics, telco, and corporate infrastructure and training.
As Executive Vice President, Patty is responsible for but not limited to the day-to-day operations, production, payroll and
policies of Ameridial.
Patty earned an Associates degree in Business Management from Stark State College.
In her spare time Patty enjoys reading, bicycling, walking and is an avid shopper.
Patty adds, “It is great to be part of a team that is as committed to the quality, service and reliability that the Ameridial
team has shown. With this type of commitment the possibilities are endless.”
Steve Trifelos VP, Sales & Marketing
Steve came to Ameridial in 1994 with extensive experience in the Business-to-Consumers Financial services market. He
has more than 20 years of knowledge in advertising, market planning, contract and proposal development, lead
management and CRM. He also has a significant background in Inbound solutions and Business-to-Business lead
generation.
As Vice President, Sales & Marketing Steve’s responsibilities involve leading the sales and marketing team, market
planning, consulting, and building customer relationships.
Steve earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Akron and his Masters of Business
Administration in Management from Ashland University. He is a member of the Northeast Ohio Direct Marketing
Association (NODMA) and Sales and Marketing Executives of Cleveland (SME).
In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and is actively involved with his church. He
also enjoys exercise, sports and the outdoors.
Steve states “These are exciting times of healthy growth for Ameridial staff and clients. As we continue to expand into the
worldwide market, I am more and more grateful to be part of the family.”
Terri Peterman General Manager
Terri began her career with Ameridial in 1993 and has more than 18 years of knowledge in the area of business
management. She excels in her ability to research problems, analyze situations, propose creative solutions, and
implement tasks to completion all while keeping within budget constraints.
As General Manager, Terri’s responsibilities are to manage the operational functions of all branches stateside and
overseas for both inbound & outbound metrics. She also implements training for a staff exceeding 50 supervisors which
includes quality assurance procedures and revenue generating procedures, Human Resource functions entailing
employee benefits, handbooks and progressive disciplinary processes. Additionally, Terri maintains budgets for staffing,
training and motivational efforts.
Terri earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing from the University of Akron. She is an active volunteer
for several non-profit organizations and community charities.
In her spare time Terri enjoys spending time with her family.
Terri is most proud of our growth in our operational capacity of a 122% increase over the previous quarter.
Jim Beuoy Director of Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance
Jim came to Ameridial in 1998 with over 20 years of experience in data and telephone marketing experience. As Director
of Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance Jim educates our customers on the legislative requirements of marketing
their products or services by telephone. His rigorous review process and insight allows us to indemnify our clients for
compliance requirements under our direct control. Jim also develops standards and procedures that allow us to deliver
higher quality, bring up new jobs faster, provide market insights to our clients, and lower clients operating budgets.
Jim earned his Bachelor of Science, General Management degree from Purdue University. He's the immediate Past
President of the Great Lakes Chapter, Vice-Chair of the Non-Profit and Charities Council, and the non-profit liaison to
Compliance Officer’s Forum for the American Teleservices Association (ATA). He also sits on the Leadership Board and
is web Communications Manager for Contact Center Networking Group.
Of our recent accomplishments, Jim noted: "Ameridial takes a lot of pride in being awarded the #1 ranking in the "Best in
Class" award for Teleservices Agencies as selected by customers. Obviously this award could not have been achieved
without all teams working in concert. In our eyes it validates our dedication to being the best in the business and
delivering our clients a value that they will not receive from any other service bureau."

Craig Vretas Director Business Development
Craig has been with the company since 1996 and has over twenty years of experience in the call center industry. Craig is
presently responsible for the development and acquisition of new business for Ameridial, Inc. Craig is able to offer
detailed insight to Ameridial customers as he has held several levels of responsibility through Program Management,
Special Projects Manager in Production and oversees several major accounts in the health care and telecommunications
sectors. Craig has extensive experience in customer service and customer support with a strong technical background.
Craig earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University. He currently is a member of SOCAP. Prior to
Ameridial, Craig was the Customer Care Manager for a long distance company and was Outbound Telemarketing
Supervisor for a major cable operator overseeing customer acquisition and service channel upgrades.
Partho Choudhury Managing Partner
Partho is a managing partner with dual responsibility for setting the strategic direction of Ameridial. He has daily
management responsibilities over sales, marketing, and project management activities. He brings over 20 years of
expertise from his Senior Management tenures at BCE Inc, SprintPCS, CareerBuilder.com, Pfizer, Sara Lee and Proctor &
Gamble.
Partho has championed the creation, development and deployment of leading household brands at start-up companies
and at corporations of over $1Billion in revenue. Prior to joining Ameridial, Mr. Choudhury started Customer Advisors
International which was integrated into Ameridial in January 2005. Mr. Choudhury holds an MBA from the Kellogg School
of Management, Northwestern University.
Topaz Roberts, Director Program Management
Topaz has been with Ameridial for over 17 years. During her tenure with Ameridial she has held several positions within
the organization having continuous career development and growth. Topaz has advanced from Supervisory positions
through Call Center and Regional Management areas of responsibilities. As a Program Manager Topaz successfully
managed and oversaw several programs that had annualized revenue exceeding 6+million.
At present, Topaz is the Director of our Program Management Department managing the Program Management and
Implementation groups. She brings acute attention to projects providing detailed insight from her solid background in
call center production. Topaz is actively involved in client programs and meetings where through her experience she
provides strategic insight into the success of a program.
