Ameridial Chooses the Noble Systems Contact Center Solution to Manage
Blended Customer Contacts in Service Bureaus


Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in contact center technology solutions, has been selected as
the technology vendor for Ameridial. Which is replacing its existing dialer with Noble’s integrated
inbound-outbound call management solution. Ameridial, a ‘2004 Top 50 Teleservices Agency’ for
inbound and outbound services, will install the Noble solution at 300 agent seats with over 860 lines.
Noble gives Ameridial a unified platform for blended contact management, with digital call recording,
IVR, and real-time management tools.

Atlanta, GA - Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in contact center technology solutions, has been
selected as the technology vendor for Ameridial. Ameridial replaced its existing dialer with Noble’s
integrated inbound-outbound call management solution.

Ameridial, one of Customer Interaction Solutions magazine’s ‘Top 50 Teleservices Agencies’ for both
inbound and outbound services in 2006, selected the Noble solution for installation at 300 agent seats with
over 860 lines. Noble Systems gives Ameridial a unified platform to manage inbound and outbound
contacts in a truly blended environment, enabling agents to receive both incoming and outgoing calls
simultaneously, without logging in and out between programs. The integrated system includes digital call
recording and interactive voice response (IVR), as well as custom script building, agent monitoring, point-
and-click management tools, and real-time reporting.
